01Digital access is non-refundable
Solvro sells immediate access to a digital service. Once a plan is activated on your account, the payment for that billing period is non-refundable, whether or not you use the included responses or interview minutes.
Every account includes a free trial (10 AI responses and 10 minutes of live transcription) so you can evaluate the product before paying.
02When we do issue refunds
We refund in full in these cases:
- Duplicate charges. You were charged more than once for the same billing period.
- Failed activation. Your payment succeeded but the plan was never activated on your account and we cannot activate it for you.
- Charges after cancellation. You were billed after auto-renew was successfully cancelled.
- Charges we are required to reverse under applicable law or by your card network or bank.
Write to support@solvro.in within 30 days of the charge, including the email address on the account and the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt.
03How approved refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method. We initiate the refund within 3 business days of approving the request. Your bank or card issuer typically credits it within 5–7 business days after that. We cannot refund to a different card, account or person.
Access tied to a refunded payment is removed when the refund is issued.
04Cancelling auto-renew
Auto-renewing plans continue until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Dashboard, using the “Cancel auto-renew” link on your current plan. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future charges.
Cancelling does not end your current plan: you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Cancelling does not refund the period already in progress.
You can also cancel by emailing support@solvro.in from your account email address, or by revoking the mandate with your bank or UPI app.
05Auto-renewal, notices and pricing
When you choose an auto-renewing plan, you authorise Solvro to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel. For Indian cards and UPI mandates, your bank or Razorpay sends a pre-debit notification at least 24 hours before each charge, as required by the Reserve Bank of India, and charges above the regulatory limit require you to approve each payment.
Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Customers in India are charged in Indian Rupees; other customers are charged in US Dollars. Your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees that are outside our control and are not refundable by us.
One-time passes, including the Sprint Pass, do not renew and do not need to be cancelled.
06Failed renewal payments
If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay retries it for a limited period and we email you. If no payment succeeds, the subscription is stopped and your account returns to the free trial limits at the end of the period you last paid for.
07Account deletion
Deleting your account from the dashboard cancels any active auto-renewing subscription immediately so you are not charged again. Deleting an account does not refund payments already made, and it ends your remaining access.
08Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than your bank. Accounts with an open chargeback are suspended until the dispute is settled.
