Solvro is a subscription desktop application that watches your own screen and, on your command, listens to audio on your own device, then turns that context into real-time AI-generated answers, explanations and code. It's built to give you fast, relevant help during time-sensitive moments — technical interviews, live coding rounds, exams, meetings, or just working through a hard problem — through a lightweight overlay, screenshot capture, and a dedicated interview mode with live transcription.

By creating an account, installing the app, or making a payment, you accept these Terms in full, along with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Solvro.

• You're responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login, session and devices secure. Tell us at support@solvro.in if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
• Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

Solvro offers a free trial (a limited number of free AI responses and free interview minutes, no card required), paid subscription plans, and short-term access passes for time-boxed needs like a single interview week. Current plans, limits and pricing are shown on our pricing page and at checkout.

Subscriptions begin when your first payment clears and renew automatically, at the then-current price, for the billing period you chose, using the payment method on file — until you cancel. Access passes are one-time purchases and do not renew. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay; Solvro never stores your full card details on our servers.

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard, and you'll keep access for the rest of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer refunds for renewals, partial periods, or unused responses/minutes within a period.

While your subscription or pass is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Solvro app on devices you own or control. The app is licensed to you, not sold. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or misuse the Service, and all rights not expressly given to you stay with us.

Solvro generates its answers, explanations and code using third-party AI models. Every response is produced fresh for your specific screen and question — it is not pulled from a fixed database of pre-written answers, and code Solvro returns is written for your context, not copy-pasted from a stored answer bank, so it is not expected to trip up AI-plagiarism or code-similarity checks the way boilerplate or scraped snippets can.

That said, no AI system or plagiarism detector is perfect, tools and detection methods change constantly, and we can't promise that any specific output will be treated as “original” by every checker, employer or platform. Output can also be incomplete, outdated or simply wrong. Treat it as a fast starting point to support your own thinking — review, understand and adapt it before you rely on, submit or present it as your own work.

Solvro's overlay, capture and interview-mode features are built to work smoothly across common Windows and macOS setups, but behavior can vary with your operating system version, hardware, display drivers and other software running at the same time. We keep improving compatibility with each release, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or identical performance in every environment.

You decide when, where and how to use Solvro, and that choice is yours alone. It's your responsibility to follow the laws that apply to you and any rules set by your employer, school, interviewer or the platform you're using — including where outside tools or AI assistance aren't allowed. Solvro is meant to support your own preparation and thinking, not to replace your understanding or your accountability for the outcome. We don't monitor individual sessions, and using Solvro anywhere it isn't permitted is a decision made without our involvement or endorsement.

You agree not to:

• use Solvro for anything unlawful, or to help someone impersonate another person in a test, interview or exam;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the app's source code, models, prompts or credentials;
• bypass, disable or interfere with usage limits, metering, licensing or security checks;
• resell, sublicense, scrape or share account access, or use Solvro to build a competing product; or
• upload malware, or content that's illegal, infringing or violates someone else's privacy.

We may investigate suspected breaches and suspend or terminate access, without a refund, where we reasonably believe this section has been violated.

Solvro is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don't guarantee the app or its AI output will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will get you any particular result — a passing score, an offer, or anything else. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solvro and its team aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Where we are found liable for any reason, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Solvro updates automatically (and sometimes manually) — features can be added, changed or removed without prior notice, since keeping the desktop app current is part of how we keep it working well. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; when a change is material, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use Solvro after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Solvro is operated independently. Using the Service doesn't create any partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between you and us. Solvro is not affiliated with, and doesn't claim endorsement from, any interview, assessment or video-conferencing platform mentioned on our site — those names belong to their respective owners and are referenced only for context.
