Browser tab vs desktop app
Online interviews and assessments are watched in four common ways: the screen share, a recording of the session, paste detection in the code editor, and tab-switch or focus-loss detection in the browser.
InterviewBee shows its talking points in a separate browser tab, so reading them means switching tabs, which is exactly what focus detection looks for, and sharing your whole screen shows the tab.
Solvro runs as a desktop window outside the browser. It sets the operating system's content-protection flag, which excludes its window from screen capture and recording, and its auto-typing types code keystroke by keystroke with human timing rather than pasting it.
Check the rules first
